I'm back again, with the tenacity
to try my hand at another blog - joy to the world! So I've practically just got home from math camp and decided I'd start off with a word or two of how that went: it went well. Moving on, now i've got the topic of 'me' to let all you random creepers divulge in. My name is Erica May, I was born on the twenty-fifth of May. I enjoy literate roleplaying and I might - just maybe - put up some mediocre examples of such here, if I find them interesting enough. Or maybe just my introductions that I re-use so often - it's good to be able to find them in a nice little archive, I'd say. Better than needing to sift through twenty pages of forum-threads.
Today, at math camp, we didn't leave as early as we'd have liked because we were given an orientation-esque display from two of the guidance councilors - however, only one of them talked, so it could have sufficed as just one. They used this SmartBoard, which was really cool but was about the only thing interesting about this talk; most of the time, I found myself talking about it to Audrey and Nicole, who sat on either side of me. We covered rates, percents, exponents and that was pretty much it; you don't need to really have a lecture about it, do you?
On my way out, I saw Meredith - it would have been nice to chat but she was in a queue of people so I just shouted an energetic hello before being rushed out. Despite that, however, I managed to greet Bailey as well, who tossed a keychain from England my way. Woo! "MIND THE GAP" Ahaha. I watch a lot of YouTube videos with citizens of the UK in them, so I see a lot of that. I finally have my own!
So I've got some sort of after-high-school plan with Bailey and Nicole; trip to Japan with Bailey and moving to London with Nicole. I really do hope that we can accomplish that, aha. Maybe the summer before University? Yes, I think so. If I'm moving to England with Nicole, perhaps I should consider Caimbridge as a Uni? I know I'm being rather redundant... Hmm... No, that wouldn't work out - I've already got my sights set on Princeton, hopefully I'll get in!
Oh, I'm really rambling now, aren't I? Well, it's not my fault, really! It isn't like I've been a serious blogger for years! This isn't a normal thing for me, mes coeurs. Well, I'll cap this off and link to it in my status before setting off to try and edit my blog - personalization is key!
